Past conditioning takes a concentrated effort to overcome. I talk to countless people who talk about their lack of money. The law of the universe is as precise as the law of gravity. What we focus on grows. If we're focused on lack, we'll attract more of it. When we focus on abundance, we attract more of it. It's a universal law. Once people understand and nourish this power, the results are amazing.
One practice that is fun and very effective is the "prosperity game."
Buy a fresh notebook with at least 365 pages that is dedicated to your "virtual bank." Enter daily deposits of 1,000. It's important to WRITE everything down, and then SPEND it ALL mentally.... in detail.
Example:
Day 1, July 2/10 Deposit 1,000.00
* overnight stay at 5-star hotel in honeymoon suite (you should have seen my partner's face when I told him/her to pack an overnight bag for a delightful surprise)
* scrumptious, extravagant and romantic dinner at 5-star hotel (it feels so good to look at a menu to order whatever we want, and not even notice the prices!)
* gave 100 to the homeless person sleeping on a piece of cardboard (it's VERY important to donate ten percent of your daily earnings). The person thanked me like I had just given them a million dollars! The feeling of gratitude I have for my life fills my heart with joy.
Continue this every day for a year... depositing 2,000 on day 2... 3,000 on day 3, etc. By the end of the year, you will have spent millions! What's important here are the "emotions" you feel while spending it. Write them down. Writing is the most powerful form of focus, and it's even better to read everything you've written outloud :-)
Your subconscious mind will quickly become accustomed to a mindset of abundance and wealth, and you will be amazed at the opportunities and experiences that come your way.
It's phenomenal... this law of the universe is as precise as the law of gravity. It works ALL the time!
Have a great weekend, and enjoy spending all that money. I look forward to hearing about your journey.
Til next time,
Tanya

Hi there Tanya........ The vortex that is our reality, the scripts that we never knew that were ours. Isn't it truly amazing to see them for what they once were, changeable, designable and acceptable. I see you packed up the negative news, congratulations that is fantastic to hear! Past conditioning is indeed past. May your experience of now be littered with the wonderful pages of your future. Lovely to meet you.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Andy. Lovely to meet you, too! One of my favourite quotes is, "the brightest future is dependent on a forgotten past."

Ok, so it might not look pretty but getting the debt sure was, and still is fun. Heaps of built in residual in that spend. I have enough stuff to build another house, the best car on the planet bar none, guitars, tools hey I have a $4k HD projector I have had only used twice in 12 months, I even had a cinema to watch it in but I had to pull it all down for the final building inspection on the house. Opening night soon! I always knew that my dreams were me, patience and persistence proved that to be correct. I like that, "The brightest future is dependent on a forgotten past." You could almost call that forgiveness!
It's a wonderful foundation for forgiveness to blossom, that's for sure!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Andy. I love your sense of humour and enthusiasm.
Let's make your cinema opening night a blockbuster in August, post conference; we could screen Surfing with the Enemy or Unbeaten or Kids with Cameras... or, all three -- a movie marathon.
Hey Tanya!
ReplyDeletei was just telling someone of the prosperity game a few days ago.. then I see your blog! What a fun way to define financial freedom/ prosperity and feel all the emotions that go with it. You are a beautiful stand for creating the life you want! Thanks for being a great example (and the geography lesson on Spain!) Lol. xoLisa
Thanks so much - what a great way to change your focus to abundance!
ReplyDeleteTanya this game is fantastic, such a mind changer. It got me to realise that money is not important, its what you do with it that can change peoples lives. Love your work :)
ReplyDeleteGreat post Tanya, so true that what we focus on becomes magnified. I've found that focusing on being happy and making the conscious effort to look for positive things to think about and speak about gains momentum very quickly. I've found myself laughing all alone for no reason - just feeling joyful, because I'm appreciating life in the very moment and forgetting about the past and putting the future off till later.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the great posts.
I better put the foot to the floor Tanya!! Yesterday I found 3 framed old Bogart, Monroe prints on the side of the road and today on the side of the road, in a completely different suburb again there was one of those old projector screens, the pull up ones!! It's all clean and shiny and at home with me now. Yay!!! For sure come by Tamborine after foundation and watch a flick. We might make a party of it.
ReplyDeleteAll the best to you.
