The Mediterranean Island of Mallorca is called the Island of Dreams and the Island of Sun and Flowers. It's also an Island drenched in violent history that, ironically, now has a large immigrant population from Morocco. The Moors ruled the Island for about 500 years, until the Christian victory in the 12th Century. Christian holidays are plentiful on the Island, and Easter is considered "the biggie."
